The Delhi government has now decided to take more strict steps to stop the increasing number of corona cases in Delhi. The weekend curfew will now be imposed in Delhi. A decision in this regard has been taken in the meeting of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority held today. Along with this, there will be the presence of 50 percent capacity employees in government and private offices. During this time no one will be exempted except essential services.

CM Arvind Kejriwal is Corona positive

There are mild symptoms. I have isolated myself at home. Those who came in contact with me in the last few days, please isolate yourself at home and get yourself tested.

There was a meeting to be held by Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal but as CM Arvind Kejriwal became corona positive, this meeting was virtual. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, Health Minister Satyendar Jain, Revenue Minister Kailash Gahlot, Chief Secretary Vijay Dev, and several officials of the Health Department were present in the meeting.

3,194 cases were reported in Delhi on Sunday

Along with the coronavirus in Delhi, cases of new variant omicron are also increasing rapidly. After 3,194 cases were reported in Delhi on Sunday, the number of corona-infected patients had reached 8,397 and the infection rate reached 4.59 percent.

At the same time, 4,099 cases have been registered on Monday, which is increasing rapidly. At the same time, one patient has also lost his life. If we talk about Delhi, so far, the number of people who have lost their lives due to corona has increased to 25,110. Due to this the corona infection rate has reached 6.49 percent. The total number of active patients has also increased from 8,397 to 10,986.
