Huda City Centre, the final metro stop on the Yellow Line, will now be called "Millennium City Centre,"

This station is located in Gurugram, Haryana. All official documentation, signage, announcements, etc. have been changed to reflect the name change of HUDA City Centre station to Millennium City Centre. 

Third-longest metro line in Delhi

If we talk about the Yellow Line, the train runs between Samaypur Badli in Delhi and HUDA City Centre in the Haryana city of Gurgaon. The Yellow Line (Line 2) has 37 stations.

It is primarily underground and has a length of 49.02 kilometers. The Yellow line is the third-longest metro line in the Delhi Metro network and the second line of the system to become operational after the Red line.

Stations Renamed Earlier

Before this, the Supreme Court Metro Station was renamed to Pragati Maidan Metro Station on the Blue Line early this year. The Yellow Line's Mukarba Chowk metro station in Jahangirpuri was renamed Shaheed Captain Vikram Batra Chowk that same year.

If we tell you about Huda City Centre, the Central and Haryana governments asked the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation to take the step of making the HUDA City Centre metro station.

A plan to build a metro system to link HUDA City Centre and Cyber City for Rs 5,452 crore was authorized by the Union Cabinet. NCR's Gurgaon is home to the Huda City Centre Metro Station.

On June 21, 2010, the HUDA City Centre metro station opened. As a part of the Qutub Minar - HUDA City Centre corridor, it was officially opened.
