MP Urination Incident: In a heartfelt gesture, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan washed the feet of Dashmat Rawat at the CM House in Bhopal, days after a disturbing incident where Rawat was urinated upon by Pravesh Shukla, as captured in a viral video from Sidhi.

Expressing deep remorse, Chouhan conveyed his apology to Rawat, stating, "I was pained to see that video. I apologize to you. People are like a God to me," as quoted by the news agency ANI.

Chouhan's act of compassion aims to address the incident and extend support to Rawat in the wake of this unfortunate event.

In a touching display of empathy, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan sat on the floor at his Bhopal residence and washed the feet of Dashmat Rawat, equating their bond to that of friends.

Drawing a parallel to the legendary tale of Sudama, Chouhan addressed the victim man as "Sudama" and expressed his deep sadness regarding the unfortunate incident.

What was the Incident?

In response to a distressing incident that unfolded in Sidhi district, a video showing a man urinating on a tribal labourer surfaced on social media on Tuesday, July 4.

The viral video caught the attention of the Chief Minister, prompting him to take immediate action.

Directing the administration to act swiftly, he instructed them to apprehend the accused Pravesh Shukla and impose the stringent National Security Act (NSA) against him as a measure of accountability and justice.

At the same time, after this, Pravesh was arrested and a case was registered under several sections.
