The slogans were chanted in the presence of the police near Shiva temple. After the video of the incident that took place on Saturday (July 29) went viral two days later, the local people demanded action against those involved.

In response to the video, the police have filed cases against 33 individuals under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including 153A, 153B, 295A, 188, and 500.

All arrested individuals have been charged and further legal action will be taken based on additional evidence gathered during the investigation.
