Home AQI Monitor: The air quality in Delhi-NCR has reached dangerous levels, with continuous deterioration in the region's air quality.

Over the past two days, thick smog has engulfed Delhi-NCR, and in many areas, the Air Quality Index (AQI) has exceeded 700.

You can easily check the AQI of your neighbourhood by searching for it on Google or using AQI checker apps.

However, to monitor the AQI inside your home or room, you have two main options.

How to Monitor AQI inside your Home or Room

1. First Option is to Purchase an AQI Monitoring Device

The first option is to purchase an AQI monitoring device. You can find several such devices on e-commerce platforms, costing a minimum of 5,000 to 6,000 rupees.

These devices provide information about PM2.5 particles, temperature, and humidity in your room.

To use these devices, you need to connect them to your phone through an app, allowing you to access real-time data.

2. Consider Using Air Purifiers

The second and more versatile option is using an air purifier. Air purifiers from various brands, including Xiaomi, Honeywell, Kent, and others, start at around 7,000 to 8,000 rupees.

If you prefer a premium air purifier, you can consider brands like Philips and Dyson. These air purifiers not only help clean the air in your home or workplace but also provide you with information about the AQI.

With an air purifier, you not only get clean air but also the ability to monitor the air quality inside your home or room.

It's a more holistic solution that not only protects you from air pollution but also keeps you informed about the air quality in your immediate environment.
