Tata Altroz, the new premium hatchback car of the country's well-known carmaker Tata Motors, was crash tested by Global NCAP. Tata's new car has once again managed to get full stars. Tata Altroz ​​has got 5 out of 5 stars in safety in this test. For adult safety, 16.13 out of 17 points have been received and 3 stars have also been found in the case of child protection. This car has got 29 out of 49 points for child protection. This is the first car to have received stars in the Global NCAP crash test before its launch.

Talking about engine and power, Tata Altroz ​​comes in a petrol and a diesel engine option. It has the first 1.2-liter BS-6 petrol engine that generates 86 Ps of power and 113 Nm of torque. At the same time, a 1.5-liter BS-6 diesel engine has been given which generates 90 PS of power and 200 Nm of torque.

In terms of safety features, Tata Altroz ​​is built on the latest Alpha platform of Tata Motors, this car has features like dual airbags, anti-lock braking system, rear parking sensor, rain sensing wipers and EBD, cruise control. In the case of Tata Altroz, the initial price ranges from 5.5 lakh to 8.5 lakh rupees.
