Big Action on WhatsApp and Google Users, 22 Lakh Accounts Banned

Google received 29,842 complaints from users in the month of September. Out of this, Google found 76,967 content to be incorrect and blocked it.

Under the new IT rules, big action has been taken on Google and WhatsApp users, who have done the work of breaking the rules of WhatsApp and Google. In September, Google took action against and blocked about 76,967 people for violating the rules. At the same time, Facebook-owned instant messaging platform WhatsApp has banned about 22 lakh WhatsApp accounts. Google and WhatsApp have disclosed this in their monthly report.

Google received 29,842 complaints from users in the month of September. Out of this, Google found 76,967 content to be incorrect and blocked it. Google has disclosed this in its Monthly Transparency Report. It has also identified 4,50,246 incorrect content from the automated route. Most of these complaints are related to third parties, which are against local rules. Also some complaints are about patents and piracy.

WhatsApp has banned more than 22 lakh WhatsApp accounts. The company said that the accounts were banned in view of the safety and security of the users. The number of banned accounts is 22 lakh 9 thousand. According to WhatsApp, 560 user complaints were received in September.
