The final list of National Register of Citizens (NRC) in Assam has been released today. BJP state president Manoj Tiwari has also raised the demand for implementation of the NRC in Delhi amid the heated politics about it. Manoj Tiwari said that 'the situation in Delhi is getting dangerous day by day. In such a situation, there is a dire need of NRC here too. A large number of people have settled here illegally. Now we will implement NRC here too. '

Let me tell you that for some time there was a fierce political uproar over the NRC in Assam. Petitions were also filed in the Supreme Court against this. After which the apex court had directed to release the final list of NRC by 31 August. This is the reason that the list has been released today by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The final list of NRC has been released by the Ministry of Home Affairs, in which 3 crores 11 lakh 21 thousand 4 people have been included. At the same time 19 lakh 6 thousand 657 people have been excluded from the list.
