The Janata Dal United (JDU) can take major action against Prashant Kishore and Pawan Verma for taking away the rhetoric and publicly criticizing the party's decision. The party can also show them the way out. On the statements of Prashant Kishore and Pawan Verma, JDU Bihar state president Vashishtha Narain Singh has indicated its action.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) preferred leader Sushil Modi  has accused Prashant Kishore of finding an excuse to break the alliance.

Narayan Singh has said that Prashant can take big action against Kishore and Pawan Verma. Vasishtha Narayan Singh said that he would recommend action, next meeting, but he did not say when the next meeting of the party would take place. He also said that the statement of the two does not affect the health of the party. If they have made up their mind to go somewhere, then they are free.
