Judicial custody of businessman and nephew of Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath Ratul Puri has been extended till October 25 in the Money laundering case related to the AgustaWestland scam. Special CBI Judge Arvind Kumar ordered extension of judicial custody of Ratul Puri on Monday.
Now the eyes of Ratul Puri and his supporters have come on 25 October. Now it has to be seen whether Diwali of Ratul Puri also in jail or he will get relief.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) probe involving Ratul Puri, nephew of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath, arrested in a money laundering case, has revealed that the amount of the bank fraud is approximately Rs 1,492 crore, much higher than Rs 354 crore as mentioned by the Central Bank of India in its complaint.
