Political crisis continues in Madhya Pradesh. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Kamal Nath has written a letter to Governor Lalji Tandon. In this, he said that the MLAs have been held hostage. Under pressure, statements are being made through video. In such a situation, it would be unconstitutional and undemocratic to do floor tests.

Letter

CM Kamal Nath said that the floor test is justified only when all the MLAs are out of the ban and free from pressure. CM Kamal Nath also replied to the letter of Governor Lalji Tandon. He made it clear that it does not come under the Governor's jurisdiction to interfere in the work of the Speaker.

In the letter to Governor Lalji Tandon, CM Kamal Nath said that the Governor is not a guide or a consultant to the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. Both the Governor and the Speaker have their independent constitutional responsibilities. The Governor cannot act like the Lokpal of the Legislative Assembly.
