The effect on long-distance train travel which was affected due to corona infection has started reducing. A special charge was imposed for these journeys, which would also get rid of them. Northern Railway has prepared a list of special 154 mail and express trains.
In this, now only the fare recorded in the timetable will be taken for the journey. There will be no extra charge for these trips. This list includes many special trains along with Rajdhani, Shatabdi. After the corona transition, the focus has increased on normalizing everything in the railways and operating as before. The special trains will now once again run as before. Now normal fare will be applicable as before.
The service of Mail/Express Special and Holiday Special trains will now be like regular trains. Keep in mind that the Regular Mail/Express train was being run in a modified form like a special train. Their fares were also increased. Now amidst the decreasing threat of corona infection, attention is being paid to bring everything back to normal.
These special trains mainly include New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani, Jammu Tawi Rajdhani, Ranchi Rajdhani, Nizamuddin-Trivandrum, Nizamuddin-Chennai Rajdhani. Similarly, New Delhi-Lucknow Superfast, New Delhi-Lucknow Junction Super Fast trains are included.
Along with these Haridwar-Amritsar-Haridwar Amritsar Jan Shatabdi, Bapudham Express, New Delhi-Varanasi, Anand Vihar-Ghazipur, Nizamuddin-Secunderabad, New Delhi-Dehradun-New Delhi Jan Shatabdi, New Delhi-Lucknow Shatabdi, Delhi Junction-Azamgarh, New Trains like Delhi-Kathgodam, Kalka Shatabdi, Delhi-Ayodhya Cantt Express, Yognagar Rishikesh-Prayag Ghat, New Delhi-Katra, Kalka-Shimla, Anand Vihar-Muzaffarpur Garib Rath, Anand Vihar-Gaya Garib Rath, New Delhi-Jalandhar are also included.
