The Rajasthan Housing Board has extended the last date of application in the housing scheme taken out in Jaipur and Bhiwadi cities under the Chief Minister (CM) Jan Awas Yojana till 12 October. This scheme will be developed as multi-storey flats in Pratap Nagar of Jaipur, Rajasthan Aravali Vihar Yojna situated in Bhiwadi city of Alwar.

Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojna

Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora said that under Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojna. This scheme is for economically weaker (EWS) and low-income group (LIG) groups in Pratap Nagar Sector 8 and Sector 26 of Jaipur and Aravali Vihar Yojna, Bhiwadi. Is. Apart from this, a studio apartment will also be planned in Pratap Nagar Sector 8 of Jaipur. The last date to apply in all these schemes was 30 September, which has now been extended by the board administration till 12 October.

CM Awas Yojana and 270 flats in studio apartments

The commissioner informed that under the CM Jan Awas Yojana in Jaipur, multi-storey flats will be built in two projects in Sectors 8 and 26. 726 flats for the EWS category in Sector 26, which will have a super built-up area of ​​378.42 square feet. Similarly, 620 flats will be built here for the LIG group. So the super-built-up area of ​​this flat will be 548.12 square feet.

808 flats will be built in Bhiwadi

In Sector 8 Pratap Nagar, 130 flats for EWS with a super built-up area of ​​352 square feet. 114 flats for LIG with a super built-up area of ​​550 square feet. Similarly, 808 flats will be built in Bhiwadi. Of these, 536 flats will be built for EWS and 272 for LIG. However the studio apartment to be built in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur will consist of 270 one-room flats.  There was a super built-up area of ​​415 square feet.
