The Rajasthan High Court will pronounce its verdict on the petition of the Pilot camp against the notice issued by the Speaker to the Congress' rebel MLAs today. On July 21, the court, while completing the hearing, had directed the speaker of the assembly not to take disqualification proceedings till July 24. In such a situation, everyone's eye is on this decision of the high court.

Meanwhile, Sachin Pilot has filed an application urging the Central Government to be a part to the matter. The petition filed in the High Court states that the petitioner has challenged the constitutionality of Para-2-A of the Tenth Schedule to the Constitution, so the Central Government should be made a part to it. Pilot reached the High Court regarding the legality of the notice issued to rebel MLAs including Sachin Pilot on behalf of the speaker.

The court will hold a detailed hearing in the case on Monday.

BJP in the role of 'wait and watch':

Rajasthan BJP is in the role of 'wait and watch' in the ongoing political crises in Rajasthan. Party leaders are holding meetings, but everyone is waiting for the court's decision and the assembly session. Party sources say that until the decision of the court and the assembly session are not clear, everything is uncertain. The party also depends on the instructions of the high command in this matter. The party will proceed only after the instructions received from there. There is no decision on the meeting of the Legislature Party.

Meanwhile, the activity of investigation agencies in Rajasthan has also increased. The Income Tax Department, Enforcement Directorate and CBI are active in the state on behalf of the Central Government. These agencies are investigating different cases. At the same time, the State Anti-Corruption Bureau and Rajasthan Police's Special Operation Group (SOG) is also active which is directly investigating the cases related to horse-trading of the MLAs.
