Rajasthan: Unmarried Siblings and Married Daughter Will also get a Compassionate Appointment

The scope of compassionate appointments has been expanded in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.

After the death of a government employee, his divorced daughter, and an unmarried state employee, in case of death of his mother, father, unmarried sibling, or any dependent, his married sister will also be able to get a compassionate appointment. The scope of compassionate appointments has been expanded in the cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot.

The cabinet approved amendments to the Compassionate Appointment Rules, 1996. In the existing rules, only dependents, husband and wife, son, unmarried or widowed daughter, adopted son, or adopted unmarried daughter were considered eligible.

50 percent gratuity to the retired employees

The cabinet has decided that 50 percent gratuity will be given to the retired employee. After the court case is issued. For this, there will be no need to send the service book to the pension department. These decisions have been taken in the state cabinet meeting. For this, the government has also approved amendments in the rules of Rajasthan Civil Services Pension Rules-1996.

The cabinet has also approved the issuance of notification to bring the Rajasthan Civil Services Contributory Pension Rules-2005. The ambit of Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act-2013. Administration imposed duty

Child Rights Protection Commission Amendment Rules-2021

Approval of Child Rights Protection Commission Amendment Rules-2021. The cabinet has approved the Rajasthan State Child Rights Protection Commission Amendment Rules-2021. Children of single women will be able to get caste and income certificates. So the cabinet has issued caste certificates to the children of single women of SC, ST, OBC, and income and property certificates to the children of single women from economically weaker sections in the name of the mother. Trying to give relief to the tourism industry
