Northern Railway has informed through a tweet that coaches of various express special trains are being changed. It has been decided by the zone to change the coaches of some of its long distance passenger trains, after which these trains will now get the newly included cheap AC-3 tier economy coaches. In some of these trains, coaches will be increased and some will be reduced. Along with this, newly designed third AC economy coaches are being installed in many of these trains, which are equipped with many facilities. This process of change will take a long time. First of these trains, this facility will be effective from October 5 in the train running between Haridwar to Lokmanya Tilak Terminal. At the same time, this process will continue in other trains till next year.
New AC coaches are being installed in trains. They have been given more space. After which the conventional AC three-tier coach has seats for 83 passengers instead of 72. At the same time, the fare will be cheaper than the normal AC three tier coach. These specially designed coaches are completely designed keeping in mind the convenience of railway passengers, in which passengers will get more facilities and safety. Special space has been given to keep mobile phones, so the coach has been designed for the disabled in such a way that they do not face any inconvenience. Along with this, there are many such things including Personalized Reading Light, AC Vents as well as Mobile Charging Point, which have been designed from the point of view of the convenience of a passenger.
