He has announced that he will distribute smartphones to 1,23,000 Anganwadi workers. Apart from this, infantometers will also be given to the Anganwadi Center. Huge impact on the vote bank

Giving more than one lakh smartphones to Anganwadi workers before the elections are considered a big decision as it will have a huge impact on the vote bank. This is not the first time that the government has tried to create a vote bank by distributing such gadgets to the public, before the 2012 elections, the Samajwadi Party had also announced to distribute laptops to students. Even today, socialist leaders are seen mentioning this decision of their government in TV debates.

There are 1.89 lakh Anganwadi centers in UP, in which there are about 4 lakh active workers. However, in such a situation, distributing smartphones to Anganwadi workers will be helping a lot. The Yogi government believes that the data related to women and child schemes will continue to reach the government. Also, the issues related to women and children will be resolved.
