1. India

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated Donald Trump on his victory, expressing a commitment to work closely together. PM Modi posted on X, "Heartfelt congratulations to my friend Donald Trump on his historic election victory. As you build upon the successes of your previous term, I look forward to elevating the India-U.S. Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership to new heights." He added, "Let us work together for the welfare of our people and to promote global peace, stability, and prosperity."

2. Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated Donald Trump and urged continued support for Ukraine. Posting on X, Zelenskyy expressed his agreement with Trump’s idea of achieving "peace through strength." He also recalled their meeting in September, where they had discussed the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States, plans for victory, and measures to end Russian aggression against Ukraine.

"I appreciate President Trump’s commitment to the 'peace through strength' approach in international affairs," Zelensky added, "as it’s precisely the principle that could bring a just peace to Ukraine." He also expressed his desire to personally visit the U.S. to extend his congratulations to Trump.

3. Israel

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also posted on X, writing, "Dear Donald and Melania Trump, congratulations on the greatest comeback in history. Your historic return to the White House is a new beginning for America. It signifies the strong alliance between Israel and the United States. This is a monumental victory."

4. China

China's Foreign Ministry congratulated Trump on his victory, stating that China will continue to work with the U.S. on the basis of mutual respect. They also emphasized that China's policies toward the U.S. will remain unchanged.
