Officials of the country have given strict orders to ban people from laughing, expressing happiness and drinking alcohol. Not only this, the police officers are keeping a tight watch on the people to make sure whether the people are unhappy enough or not.

According to the reports, after Kim Jong-il, his third and youngest son Kim Jong Un is ruling in North Korea. During the 11 days of mourning on the completion of 10 years, many cannot express their happiness even by laughing or drinking wine.
