Many Arab countries as of now have been asking for a Public Apology from the Indian Government over the same. Nupur too, seeing the controversy escalating apologized for her remarks

However, the advocate and former BJP spokesperson have now received support from Geert Wilders, a far-right leader from The Netherlands. Stating the reaction of Islamic Countries as absurd, the Wilders said backed Nupur and said she was telling the truth.

Nupur Sharma Controversy

Nupur Sharma in a TV debate made controversial remarks on Prophet Muhammad, considered a holy person in Islam.
