Rajasthan: Arrest Warrant issued against Former Union Minister Bhanwar Jitendra Singh

The Chief Judicial Magistrate of Bundi, Rajasthan has convicted senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Bhanwar Jitendra Singh in the case of forming a trust on the basis of a forged deed. The court summoned three people including Bhanwar Jitendra Singh with an arrest warrant on Friday. In the case, the court has convicted Srinath Singh Hada, former district chief of Bundi and Brijendra Singh, father-in-law of Bhanwar Jitendra Singh. The court ordered them to appear on January 6, 2022. Late Ranjit Singh, the former king of Bundi's princely state, bequeathed his share of the property to his friend Avinash Channa.

After the death of Late Ranjit Singh, his nephew Bhanwar Jitendra exposed a trust deed. In this, Ranjit Singh made a trustee deed of his property and dedicated it to the Ashapura Mata temple. According to this will, Bhanwar Jitendra, in charge of the Ashapura Mata temple, was made the main service. On this basis, all the property of Ranjit Singh was transferred to Ashapura Trust.

Dispute over the division of property

According to Advocate Kansingh Rathore, Power of Attorney holder of Avinash Channa, Bhanwar Jitendra has told this trust deed to be made in the year 2008. Whereas on 8 May 2008, Bhanwar Jitendra filed a contempt petition against Ranjit Singh in the High Court in the case of a property dispute. In this, he appealed to the court to send his maternal uncle Ranjit Singh to jail.

Property should be divided between Mary and Jitendra Singh

Which was rejected by the court. At the same time, Ranjit Singh had given an affidavit in the court requesting that the property should be divided between Mary and Jitendra Singh. Let me be given my share of the property, which I can use, enjoy in my lifetime. Meanwhile, Bhanwar Jitendra told Ranjit Singh to make a trust deed of his property. In which Bhanwar Jitendra was nominated as the chief serving.

A police report was challenged

According to Advocate Rathod, he had challenged the interim report of the police on this basis in the court. On the one hand, Bhanwar Jitendra was appealing to send his uncle Ranjit Singh to jail on contempt of court in the property case. At the same time, how can his uncle deed this trust? Also, when Jitendra Singh had become the main doer of Ranjit Singh's property on the basis of this trust deed. Then why did he continue the property case against his maternal uncle till after his death?

Advocate Rathore told that in this case, Ranjit Singh's friend Avinash Chanana had filed a case against Bhanwar Jitendra and other officials of the trust, former district chief Srinath Singh Hada, Brijendra Singh in the Kotwali police station in the year 2017, stating that the trust deed was fake. . Bhanwar Jitendra filed a petition in the Rajasthan High Court and appealed to dismiss the case. Which was rejected by the court. Whereas the Bundi Police had submitted an interim report (FR) in this matter and presented the matter in court. In the court, Channa was imposed by the police. Challenged the interim report. On which on Friday, the court, taking cognizance of all the aspects, has summoned Bhanwar Jitendra Singh, Shrinath Singh Hada, Brijendra Singh as guilty in Beads  420, 467, 468, 471 and summoned them with an arrest warrant.
