Russia Orders Final Preparations for Attack on Ukraine, Claims America

Amidst the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the US has claimed that Russia has made up its mind to attack Ukraine.

Amidst the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the US has claimed that Russia has made up its mind to attack Ukraine. American leaders have claimed that Russia has ordered the final preparations for the attack. Earlier on Sunday, Russia increased military exercises near the northern borders of Ukraine. It has also deployed about 30,000 troops to Belarus, which borders Ukraine's northern border. Along with this, 1,50,000 soldiers, warplanes and other equipment have been deployed on the borders of Ukraine.

US President Joe Biden's claim that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin has decided to send Russian troops to Ukraine is based on intelligence. The commanders of the frontline of the UK have been ordered to start the final preparations for the attack. Russia on Saturday conducted nuclear weapons as well as conventional manoeuvres in neighbouring Belarus. His marines also practised near the Black Sea coast.

Here, European countries including America are alleging that Russia is looking for excuses to attack. Biden called a meeting of the National Security Council at the White House on the deployment of Russian troops around Ukraine. However, White House officials did not immediately share any information regarding the meeting which lasted for almost two hours. US Vice President Kamala Harris also acknowledged on Sunday a "real threat" of war in Europe.

Ukraine President offers to Putin for talks

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has proposed to solve the crisis by meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelenskyy said at the Munich Security Conference that I do not know what the President of Russia wants. Therefore, I propose to meet him. Russia can choose a place for talks. At the same time, European Council President Charles Michel said on Sunday that the big question is whether Russia wants to talk?
