Aryan’s Bail Application is to be Heard again Today; Shahrukh Hired Renowned Lawyer Amit Desai

Shah Rukh has hired Amit Desai, a Mumbai-based lawyer, for Aryan. He will advocate this case along with Satish Manshinde.

Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan's bail application will be heard in Mumbai's Sessions Court (NDPS Court) today. Aryan, who is in judicial custody for 14 days in the Cruise Drugs Party case, has been kept in Arthur Road Jail. Shah Rukh has hired Amit Desai, a Mumbai-based lawyer, for Aryan. He will advocate this case along with Satish Manshinde. Let us tell you that in the year 2002, Desai had acquitted Salman Khan in the hit and run case.

On the other hand, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), which arrested Aryan, will file its reply in court today at 11.30 am. After that, the hearing on Aryan's bail can be held after lunch i.e. around 2.45 pm. Let us tell you that earlier Aryan's bail application has been rejected by Metropolitan Magistrate Court i.e. Killa Court. In the Cruise Drugs Party case, NCB has arrested 20 people including Aryan, and two foreign nationals.

NCB will oppose bail

During the hearing held on October 11, the NCB had sought one week's time from the court in this matter. The court had given NCB time till Wednesday i.e. till today. NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede said that we and the prosecution will try that the case reaches the conclusion, our case is strong and we will present it in the court. According to sources, NCB will oppose Aryan's bail, saying that Aryan will be interrogated in front of some other accused arrested in this case.

Aryan's sixth day in jail

Aryan Khan was arrested on 3 October by NCB after raiding the Cordelia Cruise going to Goa. He has been in Arthur Road Jail since October 8 after being sent to judicial custody by the court. NCB has not found any drugs from Aryan, but Aryan had confessed to taking drugs as a hobby during interrogation. There was also the matter of hiding charas in the shoes of his friend Arbaaz Merchant.
