Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi while campaigning in Punjab said that when Modi ji and Kejriwal ji come to Punjab, they wear a turban on the stage, but just wearing a turban does not make a 'Sardar'.
Taking a dig at PM Modi and Arvind Kejriwal, Priyanka Gandhi said that both of them were born from the RSS. One started a movement that was supported by the RSS, while the other is a member of the RSS. These two are the same, both are anti-farmer and anti-poor.
Significantly, Priyanka Gandhi was in Rupnagar in Punjab, where she fiercely attacked the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party. She termed the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party as two sides of the same coin. Priyanka said that you tell them that just wearing a turban does not make a Punjabi. Teach them Punjabiyat. Tell them that Punjabi’s are hardworking. Priyanka also took a tractor ride with Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi in Rupnagar district as part of her public relations campaign.
Priyanka Gandhi said that wherever I went in Punjab, I got to see the enthusiasm of the people. People know that Charanjit Singh Channi will bring development in the state. I am sure that the Congress government will be formed in Punjab. But I am not an astrologer so I will not be able to tell how many seats Congress will get.
Aam Aadmi Party's CM candidate attacked Priyanka Gandhi fiercely in a TV channel program. Bhagwant Mann said that Priyanka Gandhi says that Kejriwal ji is from outside, so she should tell where she herself is from and where is Amit Shah from. The public knows the truth of everyone, so AAP will get victory in the state.
