Processing fee have not to be paid for taking Home Loan: PNB

Punjab National Bank has come up with a special offer for its customers on the occasion of 75th Independence. Under this offer, it has been decided not to charge processing fees and documentation charges on home loans till September 30. The bank is offering home loans to its customers at just 6.80%.

Loan giving at a 6.80% interest rate

Punjab National Bank home loan interest rate starts from 6.80%. Apart from this, the bank charges 0.50% of the home loan as processing and documentation charges. Which will not have to be given if you apply for the loan till 30 September.

SBI is also giving a special offer

SBI has also decided not to charge processing fees on home, personal, car, and gold loans. Apart from this, SBI has decided to offer a discount of 0.50% on gold loans and 0.25% on car loans. You need to apply through the YONO app to avail discount on a car loan.

Now you will get Gold Loan and Car Loan at a 7.50% interest rate. Apart from this, Corona Warrior will get an additional discount of 0.50% on the personal loan. SBI is offering home loans at a 6.70% interest rate.

These documents are required to take a loan

• ID Proof: PAN / Passport / Driver's License / Voter ID Card
• Address Proof: Copy of recent telephone bill/electricity bill/water bill/gas connection or copy of passport/driving license / Aadhar card.
• Property documents: construction permits, occupancy certificate, approved project copy, payment receipts, etc.
• Account Statement: Bank account statement for the last 6 months and loan account statement for the last one year (if applicable).
• Income Proof (For Employed): Salary slip/Salary certificate for last 3 months and one copy of Form 16 for last 2 years/Copy of Income-tax return for last 2 financial years.
• Proof of Income (For Self-Employed): Business Address Proof, Income Tax Return for the last 3 years, Balance Sheet, Business License, and TDS Certificate (Form 16A, if applicable) to be furnished.
