In view of the increasing impact of Coronavirus infection, Unlock-2 is not exempted much. The central government has released guidelines for Corona Unlock-2 today. The Union Home Ministry has issued guidelines for 'Unlock-2' starting in the country from Monday to July 31. Unlock-2 takes care that people follow physical distance completely. Hence the ban on the metro, bars, cinema, etc. has been retained.
According to the guideline, curfew will remain throughout the country from 10 am to 5 am. Essential services will be exempt. A day before Unlock-1 is over, the central government issued guidelines for Unlock-2 on Monday night, which will be effective from July 1. The government has allowed only necessary works in the Containment Zone in Unlock-2. While in the Containment Zone, the government has decided to keep the lockdown in force. School-colleges and coaching institutes will remain closed till 31 July. After that it will be decided to open them only after consultation with the states.
According to the guidelines issued by the Union Home Ministry, international flights will also be banned. However, international flights will be exempt from the Fellow India campaign. According to the guidelines issued by the Home Ministry, Unlock-2 has banned social, political, sports, entertainment, educational, cultural, and religious ceremonies and programs.
Necessary activities and some others are exempted from unlock2. The lockdown will remain in force in the containment zone until 31 July. Only necessary works will be allowed in the Containment Zone. Also, the scope of domestic flights and passenger trains will also be extended in a phased manner. But the metro rail, cinema, gym, and bars will remain closed.
