Chicken Tikka is a very delicious and great appetizer. You may always have eaten this recipe at the restaurant only but today we brought you the recipe of making chicken tikka at home.

Boneless chicken: 150 grams
Curd: 50 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 tsp.
Black paper: 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 25 grams
Onion (Oil): 1
Capsicum: 1/2 piece
1. First of all, in a large bowl, add curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder. Add the chili powder, salt and some black pepper.
2. Then add lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of oil to it, and mix it well.
3. Then add washed chicken pieces in it.
4. Then add chopped capsicum and onion to it.
5. Then mix it well and leave it covered for 10 minutes.
6. Now heat the pan on the gas and put oil in it, and then place the chicken on it and cook it for 5 minutes.
7. Then flip it and cook on the other side.
8. Then turn it over and cook it well.
9. Our chicken tikka is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
