Indian Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria arrived at the Indian Air Force Academy for the graduation combined parade. In the presence of Air Chief Marshal Bhadoria, the IAF's soldiers performed at the Graduation Combined Parade at the Air Force Academy in Hyderabad. During this, he remembered the soldiers who were martyred on the Indo-China border.
The Air Chief said, 'Please join me in paying tribute to Colonel Santosh Babu and his brave people who sacrificed while defending the LAC in Galwan Valley. It shows our resolve to valiantly defend India's sovereignty at any cost bravely in challenging situations. '
He further said, the security scenario in our region suggests that our armed forces are ready and alert at all times. What happened on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Ladakh is a small picture. We are ready to handle even more on short notice.
He then stated that despite unacceptable Chinese actions and loss of life and property after agreements during military negotiations, all efforts are underway to ensure that the current situation in the LAC will be resolved peacefully.

the Air Force chief was on a two-day visit where he reviewed the operational readiness of all platforms in view of the Chinese invasion with the LAC in eastern Ladakh, where more than 10,000 troops were deployed by China.
Sources had said that on the first day of his visit, the Chief was in Leh on 17 June and from there he went to Srinagar airbase on 18 June. These two bases are closest to the eastern Ladakh region and are most suited to any fighter aircraft operation in the mountainous region and also keep a clear eye on the Chinese.
