According to data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, in the last 24 hours, 27,114 new cases have been reported and 519 people have died. After this, the total number of corona positive cases across the country has increased to 8,20,916. Of these, 2,83,407 are active cases, 5,15,386 people have been cured or discharged from hospital and 22,123 people have died so far.

In the last 24 hours, more than 2,82,000 samples were tested in India

According to data released by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), so far 1,13,07,002 samples were tested for the corona across the country as of July 10. Of these, 2,82,511 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.

Coronavirus infection confirmed in 140 people in Chhattisgarh:

140 new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Chhattisgarh in the last 24 hours. After this, the number of people infected with this virus in the state has increased to 3806. These include 34 from Raipur district, 22 from Narayanpur, 17 from Dantewada, 13 from Bilaspur, 10 each from Rajnandgaon and Balodabazar, 09 from Sarguja, 07 from Raigad, 03 from Durg, Balod, Janjgir-Champa, 03 from Balrampur and Kondagaon. Two each from Korba, Bemetra, Mahasamund, and two new patients from other states.

West Bengal: Letter written to build Quarantine Center in Eden Gardens

The Kolkata Police wrote a letter to the Cricket Association of Bengal President Abhishek Dalmia requesting to allocate five blocks of the Eden Gardens with immediate effect. So, that a quarantine center for police personnel can be built here.
