With the addition of 4 thousand 896 new cases of corona virus in Pakistan, the total number of infected people has increased to 89 thousand 249, whereas the death toll from Covid-19 in the country has increased to 1838 as informed by the Ministry of Health.
This is the third consecutive day in Pakistan after the Eid holiday in late May when a record number of corona virus cases have been reported , whereas the lockdown was relaxed on the occasion of Eid. The most infected cases are in Sindh province where 33 536 people are infected, this is followed by Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir with 33144, 11890, 5582, 3946, 852 and 299 cases of corona virus infected respectively.
