More than 38,000 Cases reported in India:

India has been witnessing a gradual decrease in daily coronavirus cases. According to the latest data from the Union Health Ministry, India reported 38,667 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the cumulative count of the cases to 3,21,56,493. With 478 deaths in the last 24 hours, the death toll has increased to 4,30,732.

The country also witnessed 35743 recoveries in the last 24 hours taking the cumulative recoveries to 3,13,38,088. With this, the country's recovery rate has increased to 97.46 %. On the other hand, India's mortality rate stands at 1.34 %. Meanwhile, the number of active cases in the country stands at 3,87,673. The active cases rate in India stands at 1.20 %.
