We are fighting the Corona Mentally first and Physically further; the maze of an invisible psychological war

With no suspicion the physical wellbeing is highly damaged with Covid 19 but the pandemic impact on the Mental wellbeing is far more menacing.

Anxiety and Psychological Trauma are the Permanent trails on humanity right now. The exponential increase in cases and the uncertain future of medicine is making every Individual undergo a varied emotional roller coaster ride.
With no suspicion the physical wellbeing is highly damaged with Covid-19 but the pandemic impact on the Mental wellbeing is far more menacing.  Certainty had made the civilization organized and developed.
From ancient times, more than the Fear, Anxiety had given worst behavioral effects. 
The increasing number of domestic violence cases, suicides and the Riots etc are merely the tip of the ice berg.
In the words of Stoic philosopher Epictetus, "Man is not worried by real problems so much as by his imagined anxieties about real problems".
The Mental health is strangled between various reflections about losing the loved ones, financial crisis, isolation and the further magnitude of disease.
The health psychologist Elke Van Hoof of Free University of Brussels-VUB in Belgium, has stated recently that "The lockdown is arguably the largest psychological experiment ever conducted."

The world wars or civil wars were usually fought against the denominations of material benefit or for an ideological conflict against a known co-species –Human. Now, this exclusive pandemic situation is majorly a Psychological war with an invisible microscopic creature without any end benefits except for a perfect defending.
The prolonged psychological impact is more prevalent in an information world especially with social media. The current world of Tik tok and facebook had created more narcissists and apathetic individuals with a fake identity compared to the past world with limited social access. Fear spreads at cyclone pace while the positivity spreads at the sloth's pace.


The only constant in life is change"-Heraclitus.
The evolution has made it evidently clear that adaptability is the primary requirement for conquering any natural calamity or mass extinctions for various reasons.
Rather than the sham positivity which is produced by market, it is time to embrace the Ying and Yang holistically.
It is time to bend but certainly not the time to break. Handling the mental health with various modern world opportunities should be progressed collectively.
Despite the shops are closed in Shopping malls people are excited to visit a Mall shows that Man is certainly the social animal.
Art and artforms have healed the humanities – mental issues since centuries where the modern world couldn't even identify the problem.
Nietzche has once said 'War is the father of all Good things'. If the psychological war is well handled then the magnitude of the original problem automatically reduces. Everything can be put in conflict, except one's own freedom to choose the reaction and the best possible attitude for that conflict.
