In the Jhunjhunu district, the miscreants robbed the ATM. The miscreants targeted the ATM of SBI Bank near Mandela Bypass intersection of Chirawa city. The miscreants robbed an ATM full of 12 lakh rupees and took them to the farm of Badsari village, 25 km away. After robbing money here, leaving the ATM there, he fled. Police reached the spot and started the search for the miscreants.
This is the fifth robbery incident in Chirawa area in 25 days. The police are now suspecting that this gang may be from Haryana. Earlier, the miscreants tried to rob the Bank of Baroda ATM in Chirawa itself. Here too, he covered the CCTV with black paint, but suddenly some vehicles started coming out, then the miscreants fled from there in fear. Now the miscreants targeted the ATM of SBI Bank.
According to the police, one guard and two home guards were on duty to protect the ATM, but at around 2 pm, all three had gone to a nearby shop to have tea. Taking advantage of this, the miscreants entered the ATM and took away the ATM full of money. The face was not visible, so black paint was also sprayed on the CCTV. The police found the tire marks of the vehicle from the spot.
Police claim that due to the area adjacent to Haryana, criminals come to Rajasthan to commit crimes. Then flee to the border of Haryana. The same happened in the incident of ATM robbery in Baloda, Surajgarh. The miscreants came from Haryana and robbed the ATM and entered the border of Haryana within 2 hours. The police is now checking the CCTV of the border area.
Even about four years ago, this ATM was robbed by thieves and taken out, but due to the early morning, the thieves left the ATM and fled. The DST team's camp is just 500 meters away from here. Some distance away from it is the DSP office on Pilani Road. In such a situation, the miscreants have again given a big challenge to the police by committing the crime.
After the ATM robbery, questions are also being raised on the officials of Chirawa police station. Even before this, the SP had taken action after robbing three ATMs simultaneously in Suratgarh. Jhunjhunu SP Manish Tripathi suspended five policemen including the SHO of Surajgarh police station.
