The accused used to bring fake notes of 10 thousand rupees from Nagpur in Maharashtra by giving original notes of 4 thousand rupees. So far they have spent more than 40 thousand rupees. The involvement of one more accused has come to the fore in the interrogation.
According to Majhauli police, information was received from the informer that Arvind Burman, a resident of Kakarkheda, is standing with Scooty in front of Nirpat Rajput's grocery shop in Negai village. On this information, the team raided and caught Arvind. During the search, 24 notes of 200 and 11 notes of 500 were found from him.
The quality of the fake note seized from the accused looked like the original. Gandhiji's photo was not visible in the blank space on the right side of the counterfeit notes. Similarly, the amount of the note was also not visible in the bar on the right side of the currency note. The same serial number was written in 24 notes of 200 rupees. At the same time, 10 notes of 500 had the same serial number and one-note had another serial number written on it.
The accused told on interrogation that along with a partner, he has brought fake notes of 10 thousand rupees from Nagpur Maharashtra by giving the original 4 thousand rupees. So far, fake notes of 40 thousand rupees have been brought here and spent here. Police arrested Arvind Burman. Registering a case of counterfeit notes against him is engaged in interrogation.
