Taiwan's tech company Asus recently launched its premium segment Asus 6Z smartphone in India. The company has removed the branding of Zenfone, so it is now Asus 6Z. This smartphone is being discussed in Indian users due to the different types of selfie cameras. The Asus 6Z has a flip camera module which is really great. There are also many different uses, but just because of the selfie camera the smartphone is not good or bad.
Asus 6Z has two variants – 6GB / 64GB and 8GB / 128GB. Speaking of the price, the initial variant will be available for Rs 31,999, while 128GB variants have been priced at Rs 34,999. This premium smartphone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, has a flip dual camera and a battery of 5,000mAh.
Design and build quality
I have used Asus 6Z for a few days. Looks premium The design is good, there is no shortage of build quality. The texture of this phone justifies its price. That is, if you are buying more than 30 thousand rupees smartphones, then obviously you will expect a premium phone and this phone comes true.
Gorilla Glass has been given on the rear panel of the phone, which is curved. It does not slip through hands in holding the phone. On the front of the phone you will see the full screen, however, Chin will notice. The flip camera has been placed on the rear panel only.
There is a slight problem with the placement of the flip camera. Dust is easily filled in it. The flip camera comes out, dust makes space on this place easily. The same flip camera has dual-LED flash and laser autofocus sensor, which is between the two camera sensors. It is also used for Facial Recognition.
Blue Asus logo with the fingerprint scanner on the rear panel. The company could also offer under-display fingerprint. The overall design and build quality are good and these are premium.
Display
Asus 6Z has a 6.4 inch display. This is Full HD Plus, which has a resolution (1080X2340). HDR 10 is supported in the display. The display is really beautiful, no knock or cutout has been given. All screen is smartphone. The bezel is very less on all sides. The viewing angle is good, the screen is bright, colorful and sharp. We have not felt any such reduction in the display, due to which it can be said that its display is average.
Camera
I think the Asus 6Z camera can be used in many ways. If you like photographer, you really like it, but the quality can be improved. The company has done very well with flip camera and you can control the flip camera movement which is a good thing.
If we speak of camera specs, Asus 6Z's flip camera module has two cameras. One has Sony's 48-megapixel lens i.e. Sony IMX586 This sensor is quite popular today. The second camera is 13 megapixels and here you get a field of view of 125 degrees.
Control Camera Module
It can call Segment's best selfie camera. Because the rear camera itself you can use as a selfie camera. After opening the selfie camera interface, the camera comes back from its place and you can click selfie.
The camera interface has the option of controlling this flip camera which is quite interesting. You can move this flip camera according to your mind. You can also decide the speed. Automatic pano shots are really great. You can click the photo of any angle (Limited Angle). It was different if the company gave a 360 degree camera in this phone to make revolutionary.
Now let's talk about camera quality. Photos are good, but the wide-angle lens does not affect the dew. The pictures clicked in portrait mode are good and they keep the background better detected.
Asus 6Z does not give optical image stabilization i.e., and its deficiencies definitely fall. Photographs are good in daylight or low light, detection in photos, no problem or trouble. The option of Super Night mode has been given to click photos in low light. From this, the photos come clear, but you can not expect the details from the image.
If we talk about the video so you can do 4K recording. But it is limited to only 10 minutes. Although 60 frames per second, you will get 5 minutes. During the video you can not switch the camera i.e. can not go from normal lens to wide-angle lens.
Asus 6Z camera's flip camera module and camera quality can be good. Like at least other companies, there is not a pop up selfie camera that is just for one thing and that is to avoid the NOCHE. Anyway, there is no difference from the small Knouch.
