The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10th result has been released on Tuesday. Students can check their results through the official website cbseresults.nic.in. Apart from this, students can also check their results through DigiLocker and SMS.
For this year's result, the year with the best school results in the last 3 years will be considered as the base year (reference year). The same will be the way to decide the subject wise marks. This year's result has been prepared according to the average marks of all the students in the reference year. However, the subject wise marks of the students maybe 2 marks more or less than the average marks.
This year the 10th exam was cancelled due to Corona. After which the board had decided to release the result on the basis of an internal assessment scheme. In such a situation, this year also the board will not release the merit list. At the same time, students who are dissatisfied with the result will also be given a chance to re-appear for the examination.
Students will also be able to check their results through the UMANG app and SMS. For this, they have to first download the UMANG app. Students can download it from Google Play Store. After this, log in by selecting CBSE in the options present there. After login, the result will be open.
Apart from this, students will also be able to check the result through SMS. For this, they have to type CBSE10
This year students will be given digital marksheets through DigiLocker. To download the mark sheet from Digilocker, it has to be downloaded from digilocker.gov.in. DigiLocker credentials have been given to the students by the board through SMS. Using this they can download their mark sheet.
