More than 10 lakh candidates are eagerly waiting for the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE May 2019 result. The National Testing Agency, NTA is expected to release results for cumulative JEE Main results and JEE Main Rank for the examination held in April 2019.
It is expected that NTA will also share the list of those candidates who will qualify for JEE Advanced 2019 to be held in May, with the result of the examination done in the National Testing Agency, NTA April 2019. Addressing the issue of release date, students are informed that there is no update from the NTA about the results coming. The results declared will be published on the official website jeemain.nic.in and nta.ac.in. The NTA can issue results till April 30, but there is no confirmation about it.
Important instructions for JEE Main Result and JEE Advanced 2019
Soon after the announcement of the JEE Main results, the form to apply for JEE Advance 2019 will start. Remember, the candidates who qualify for JEE Advanced or IIT JEE, they will have to fill the online application form again.
Qualifying for JEE advance will be based on your performance in JEE Main. JEE Advance's Eligibility Criteria also includes other points such as: To get entry into the entrance exam, the candidates must complete the JEE Advance Eligibility Criteria.
The registration and process for filling the online application form for JEE Advanced 2019 will start on May 3, 2019. Candidates are required to register at www.jeeadv.ac.in on 9th May, 2019 at 5 pm. Please note that the time provided is in IST format.
The fee for JEE Advanced 2019 is Rs 2600. For female candidates, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and PWD candidates, the fee is fixed at a reduced amount of Rs.1300. The fee can be paid online mode from May 10, 2019 to 5 pm.
Apart from this, the date of JEE advance for 2019 has been fixed on 27th May Monday due to the Lok Sabha elections. Both Paper I and Paper II will be held on the same date. Candidates are advised to check on official websites for more updates.
For admission on the basis of JEE Main Result, the counseling will begin with JEE Advanced – IIT entry, which will be organized by the ISAA. The counseling schedule will be announced later.
