Cracker Biscuits 12
1 teaspoon of unsalted butter
Cream Cheese 3 Cups
Sugar 150 grams
Corn starch 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Wiped Cream Half Cup
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Half a cup of lukewarm milk
Cooking Chocolate 1 cup
How to make eggless cheesecake:
Step 1:
First of all, put the cracker biscuits in the mixer and grind it into a fine powder. Now take this biscuit powder in a bowl and add melted butter to it and make a mixture.
Step 2:
Now grease a cake pan with butter and pour the mixture of biscuits and butter into the cake pan. Now press the mixture of the biscuit well with the help of a glass so that a layer is formed. Keep this cake pan in the fridge for 30 minutes so that the base is set.
Step 3:
Now put one and a half cup of cream cheese, sugar, whipped cream, cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla extract in a big bowl and mix well. Then beat the mixture with the help of electric beater until it becomes smooth. Now add the remaining cream and beat the mixture again to make a smooth mixture.
Step 4:
Now remove the cracker biscuit base from the fridge and put the wiped cream and cheese in the pan to make an even layer with the help of a spatula. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and then put the cake pan in the oven and bake the cake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 5:
Now cool the prepared cheesecake at room temperature and then cover it with silver foil or air tight lid and keep it in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 6:
To make chocolate sauce, pour chocolate in hot milk and when chocolate is mixed in milk, mix it well. Chocolate sauce is ready.

Now take out the cheesecake from the fridge and take it out of the pan and serve with chocolate sauce on top.
