Mumbai Cruise Drugs Case: NCB officials received a tip about having a rave party on a cruise. After which he immediately raided there. During this raid, weed was recovered from the party.
A hearing is going on in a Mumbai court regarding Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan and two others arrested in the drugs party case. During the hearing in the court, Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh, appearing for NCB, said that Aryan Khan's WhatsApp chat has revealed that he has done cash transactions for drugs. He said that many information has been received from Aryan Khan's WhatsApp chat, which we have to investigate.
Anil Singh said that Aryan Khan used to talk about drugs in code words with the drug peddlers on WhatsApp. He said that apart from Aryan Khan, the rest of the accused were also working as rackets. Investigation of 5 accused is going on in this case. Apart from this, 8 accused have been detained whose investigation is going on. Reference was made to the Bombay High Court order, which said that all sections of the NDPS are not labelable.
Let us inform you that NCB officials had detained Aryan Khan and seven others on Saturday night. He was taken into custody by the authorities after raiding the cruise ship going from Mumbai to Goa.

Talking on the matter, an NCB official had also told that, at present, nothing has been recovered from Aryan. But a small amount of charas has been found in Arbaaz Merchant's shoes. It was also told that both of them were sharing the same room in the cruise liner.
