Bollywood Brief: Salman Khan to Produce Father Salim Khan’s Documentary

The documentary drama based on the life of writer duo Salim-Javed of the 70s and 80s will be jointly produced by three leading Bollywood banners. These three are Salman Khan Films, Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby Films. Of these, the first production house is of superstar Salman Khan, the second of Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani and the third of Reema Kagti. The documentary drama will be titled 'Angry Young Man'. It will be directed by Namrata Rao, who has previously worked as an editor for "Oye Lucky Lucky Oye", "Ishqiya" and "Kahaani". The documentary drama will also include interviews of Amitabh Bachchan with Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar, whose success was largely attributed to the writer duo.

Samantha Akkineni is currently not working in any web series

Recently there was news that after 'The Family Man 2', Samantha Akkineni is going to do another web series. However, the actress has called these reports false and baseless. The reports quoted sources close to the actress as saying, "At the moment, she is chilling away from the media with her husband Nag Chaitanya and family.

She has no plans to do any web series at the moment and in the near future too. She will do a web series only when her role is challenging like 'The Family Man'. She did Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK's 'The Family Man 2' because she wanted to play the bad girl for a long time."

'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It' to release in India on July 2

The release date of the Hollywood supernatural film 'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It' has been revealed. The reports quoted sources as saying that if all goes well, the film may release in India on July 2. Starring Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson, the film has been released in most markets on June 4. However, cinema halls in India were closed due to the second wave of coronavirus. So it could not be released here. The film is the third in the 2013 "The Conjuring" franchise, and the eighth in the "The Conjuring" universe, which includes "Annabel" and "The Nun".

Akshara Haasan, who made her Bollywood debut in 2014 with Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush starrer 'Shamitabh', wants to work with her father Kamal Haasan, mother Sarika and sister Shruti Haasan.

She expressed this desire in a recent interview. She said, "Obviously I would love to work with my father, mother and sister. These are the actors that I respect and look up to a lot.
