Brahmastra Explodes at Box Office: Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's film 'Brahmastra', which was released on September 9, is bombing at the box office despite huge protests.
The film collected 120 crores at the Indian box office in the first weekend itself, while the film Brahmastra has collected more than 225 crores at the World Wide Box Office after three days.
The film, directed by Ayan Mukerji, made a tremendous amount on the first Monday as well. The film also surpassed Kashmir Files in terms of first Monday earnings.
It was estimated that the collection of the film will fall sharply on Monday after the advance booking ends, but 'Brahmastra Part One - Shiva' made a great collection of Rs 16.80 crore on Monday.
At the same time, 'The Kashmir Files' did a business of Rs 15.05 crore on the first Monday after its release.
On Monday, the film earned Rs 1 crore in the Telugu version and Rs 35 lakh in the Tamil version.
Talking about the day-wise collection, the film earned Rs 36.42 crore on Friday, Rs 41.36 crore on Saturday and Rs 45.66 crore on Sunday.
Along with this, the film has made a domestic collection of more than Rs 141 crore in first four days.
With the success of Brahmastra Part One, the second part of Brahmastra has been announced. The name of the first part of the film is Shiva.
At the same time, the name of the second part will be Dev. Apart from Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in lead roles. Apart from this, Shahrukh Khan also has a cameo role.
