Iranian movie chief, Babak Khorramdin, was purportedly killed by his parents in an honour killing after an argument over his unmarried status. The 47-year-old London-based producer's body was discovered dismantled in trash containers and a bag in Ekbatan, a town in western Tehran. Head of Tehran Criminal Court Mohammad Shahriari, said that the dad admitted that he anesthetized his child prior to cutting him to death and afterward slashing up his body and arranging the remaining parts.
Following the articulation, the two guardians have been arrested for additional examination. According to the sources the father stating, "My son was single. He was harassing us. Our lives were at stake. We were not safe for a day. He cursed and did whatever he wanted. His mother and I decided. "We got rid of him so that we would not lose our reputation anymore."
As per a tweet by writer Golnar Motevalli, the guardians have additionally admitted to slaughtering their girl and son in-law. The dad was cited saying, "I feel no regret by any means."
Babak made various short movies including Crevice and Oath to Yashar which depict the account of a young fellow moving to London to examine and missing his family back home.
