WWE Champion John Cena Paid Tribute to Sushant Singh Rajput

This is not the first time when John Cena has posted a picture of a Bollywood celebrity. Earlier, he also paid tribute to late Bollywood veteran actors Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan on social media.

Mumbai: WWE Champion and Hollywood actor John Cena paid tribute to actor Sushant Singh Rajput and expressed his condolences. Sushant Singh committed suicide on Sunday. John Cena posted a photo of the late star on Instagram and expressed grief over his demise. His tradition of not giving any caption to the photographs continued with the picture of Sushant as well.

Sushant committed suicide by hanging himself at his Bandra residence on Sunday morning. He was reportedly battling depression and undergoing treatment for the last few months. His posts on his social media of the past few months reveal that he also tried yoga and meditation to fight his state of mind.

The actor is from Bihar and studied in Patna and New Delhi before shifting to Mumbai.

After establishing himself on the small screen with 'Pritha Rishta', he debuted on the big screen with the film 'Kai Po Che!'. He was praised for his performances in several films including 'Shuddh Desi Romance', biopic 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story', 'Kedarnath' and 'Chichhore'.
