Jayesh Raoji Sejpal (47), a vicious crook who stole jewellery and hair worth Rs 2 crore in Jaipur's five-star Hotel Clarks Amer, has been identified as Jayesh Raoji Sejpal (47). Jayesh, a resident of Junagadh in Gujarat, is living in Mumbai these days. He targets weddings of large families held in five-star hotels. Cases of theft are registered against Jayesh in five-star hotels in many big cities including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Udaipur, Kanpur, Agra, Chennai. He has committed 13 thefts on the same pattern. A fluent English and another language expert, Jayesh calls the hotel and collects booking information for VIP weddings on the pretext of booking 20-25 rooms at once.
