‘Gujarat Titans’ will be the moniker of the CVC Capital-owned team. Let us tell you that the Lucknow team's name has already been revealed. ‘Lucknow Super Giants’ is the name of the team led by KL Rahul. Gautam Gambhir, a former opening batsman, is the team's coach.

Hardik will lead the 'Gujarat Titans' as captain

It's worth noting that the IPL will hold a mega auction on February 12th and 13th. Ahmedabad, the new franchise, had previously announced its roster. When the team's name was announced, captain Hardik and coach Nehra were there. Aside from Hardik Pandya, the roster also includes Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan and teenage batsman Shubman Gill.

IPL 2022 will begin at the end of March
