Falling of more than 50-100 hairs can be worrying. For this, you should turn to Kalonji oil because it gives a good solution to the issue of hair loss and premature graying.

What is fennel oil?

The oil is extracted by grinding the seeds of black seeds. Black seeds annual flowering plant is found in many parts of India. Black seeds are also known by different names like Kalonji, Black cumin. It is used extensively for the prevention of allergies, asthma, diabetes, headaches, weight loss, arthritis, stomach worms and allergies. Now, Kalonji oil extract is also being used in skin care and hair care products.

The antioxidant property of fennel oil reduces inflammation on the scalp, thus relieving skin infections caused by bacteria and fungus and promoting hair growth. Regular application of fennel oil also slows down the aging process of the follicles and prevents hair thinning.

How to use Fennel oil

1. Put two spoons of fennel oil in your palms and rub the palms against each other to warm them. Gently massage the oil on your scalp. Leave the oil for about 30-60 minutes and then wash your hair with a good shampoo. Repeat this process two to three times a week.
2. Take one spoon of fennel oil and one spoon of coconut oil. Mix coconut oil with Kalonji oil and heat it. When the mixture becomes lukewarm, massage the scalp with it for 15 minutes and then spread it all over the hair. After that leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash your hair with a good shampoo. Repeat this process two to three times a week.
