This will bring complete color to the vegetable. If you are feeling more oil in the vegetable, then let the vegetable cool for a while without stirring it. Now all the oil will come up. Remove it with the help of a spoon. However, by doing this, salt, pepper, and spices can be reduced in the vegetable. Which you taste and increase it.
