CBSE 10th result has come. There was a time when it was said that the board examination of the tenth is an iron gate if it passes it will open the way forward, but now the real test starts as soon as the passes in the 10th board examination. The question becomes deeper that goes into the science stream or proceed with the arts or try your luck in the commerce. After class X, a mistake in the selection of subject matter is very heavy for whole life, so check yourself, identify your interests, get complete information and decide what to take like science, commerce, and arts.
Renu Singh, Principal of Amity International School, Noida, says, "First of all children understand their attitudes and interests. Find out what they have to do in life that is good with heart. It is not that friends are taking science and they themselves take science. Parents are saying, then take science. First of all look at your interest to see which subject do you like the most and choose. Whether it could be science, arts or commerce.
As well as recognizing your interest, it will also have to assess your potential. Children can also check their numbers for this. Obviously, where the kids will do well, the numbers will be fine. Principal Renu Singh also feels the same. She says, 'definitely check out how her academic performance is. In the tenth, there is every topic for everybody, but at the eleventh level, the speed of the subject increases.
Physics, chemistry, and biology are different. If the child is getting passed in science with good numbers then only take science. If a child thinks that he has to become a doctor or an engineer, but his ability is low then taking science will not be of any use. They will be upset and adopt the wrong way. Take science if you are interested and have the ability. In eleventh will have to work hard.
He further says that nowadays there is a time of commerce if the child is interested in economics then take commerce. Nowadays humanities have a lot of trends. Children are taking political science, history and legal studies. If interested, then take the arts.
