After proving the crime under different sections and POCSO Act, a charge sheet has been presented before the POCSO court located at Merta. After this, the trial has also started in court on Tuesday. But in the charge sheet presented by the police, there have been many hair-raising revelations. The police told in this charge sheet that the accused carried out this incident in a planned manner. He pretended to be intoxicated. For this, by luring the innocent with crisps and biscuits, on the pretext of saving himself from the dogs, he took the innocent in the middle of the crop in the field and did cruelty to him there. The deputy probing the matter said that in this case the accused will be punished.
The charge sheet has been presented in court. It was told that the innocent was strangled to death for fear of being exposed. Even after this, the accused did not feel satisfied, so he threw the body in the thorny bushes. But this whole incident was pre-planned. On September 20, the uncle, who had spoken to the accused Dinesh, slit his throat with his hands. During this, the innocent also tried to free himself but he continued to strangle his throat. After this incident, a lot of blood spread on the spot. During this, the innocent died.
In the post-mortem report of the innocent, it was revealed that there were a total of nine injuries on his body before he died. There he died of strangulation. The innocent has suffered injuries on his neck.
According to Special Public Prosecutor Advocate Sumer Singh, after the charge sheet was presented by the police in record time, now the trial has started in POCSO Court, Merta on Tuesday. The statements of witnesses were conducted on the first day. After this, the matter will be heard daily in the court.
