The authority will launch around 10,000 flats for the economically weaker piece groups as flats for HIG (High Income Group) and MIG (Middle Income Group) are not yet complete.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to open the new housing scheme 2019 by the end of this month, suggested media report.
The scheme will frequently have one-bedroom flats and bulk of them would be located in Narela and Bawana.
"We are trying our best to launch the housing scheme 2019 by the end of February, but no date has been finalized for the launch yet".
"However, the suggestion for the housing scheme will have to be first placed at the authority's meeting, which will be chaired by replacement governor Anil Baijal. Only after the endorsement by the power can the accommodation system is launched".
Earlier the power was predictable to open a housing scheme in 2017, but it was not rolled out due to various reasons.
The candidate must be the inhabitant of India He/she should have attained the age of majority i.e., the applicant should have completed 18 years of age as on the date of submitting the application.
The applicant must not own any home unit (including residential plot/flat or in part on 'leasehold or freehold basis' in urban areas of Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment either in his/her name or in the name of his/her spouse or in the name of his/her dependent relations including unmarried children.
Applicant must have Permanent Account Number (PAN) chosen under the stipulation of Income Tax Act and same must be quoted in the Application Form.
